All prices shown on this site are in Australian dollars (AUD). The price of the products and any delivery charge are shown separately before you pay, and the total is confirmed on the Stripe checkout page before your card is charged.

We accept card payments through Stripe. Your order is not complete until Stripe confirms the payment. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item has sold out, if we cannot deliver to your address, if we suspect fraud, or if a price or product description was obviously wrong. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Some flavours are limited drops and may sell out or be discontinued without notice.

Our chocolate contains milk and soy, and some products contain tree nuts. Products are made in a kitchen that also handles nuts, peanuts, wheat and egg, so traces may be present even where an ingredient is not listed.

The full ingredient list, allergen declaration and nutrition panel for each bar are on its product page, and on the physical packaging. Always check the packaging before eating. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the labelling carefully and do not consume a product you are unsure about.

Chocolate is a perishable food. Store it in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and eat it by the best-before date on the pack.

Delivery costs, timeframes and where we ship to are set out in our Shipping & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any purpose we told you about.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure — for example if the product is unsafe, is significantly different from its description, or is not of acceptable quality and cannot easily be fixed. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure is not major, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time, and if that is not done, to a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees. How to make a claim is explained in our Shipping & Refunds policy.

Except for the rights and guarantees described above that cannot be excluded, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable.

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but photographs are indicative and colours can differ between screens. The text, images and branding on this site belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute.
